2020 Season

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 FIRST Robotics Competition season was unfortunately suspended. We are grateful for all that we learned this year and we are excited to see what the future holds.

This Year's Game

Every year, thousands FIRST Robotics Competition teams across the globe work to build a robot that adheres to the challenge provided in the yearly "game" The 2020 FRC game is called INFINITE RECHARGE. Watch the following video to get an overview of this year's game and to see what we will be building our robot to do.

Every competition season, The Metal Moose competes in two to three FIRST Mid Atlantic (FMA) District events in March. If we perform well at those events, we compete at the FMA District Championship in early April, and excellent performance there moves us to the World Championship at the end of April. Our home FIRST Championship is in Detroit, MI, and competitors are in the top 10% of all teams worldwide. Below is our competition schedule for the 2020 season.
