When our competitions come to a close, we don't pack our robot away until the next year's build season. During our off-seasons and throughout the year, we love taking our robot to different places to inspire people, especially children, about the fascinating world of robotics and STEM. Over the past years, we have utilized our robot at our elementary school's "Space Day" (an exploration of science and deep space), at open houses, alumni weekend, and at various science fairs and expos in our region. After Covid-19, the Metal Moose has been able to restart these programs and we are looking forward to new events and programs in the future.
